E-BAY SELLER SAGA !! part 1

Yes I did it again! I bought an item in e-bay and paid it right away. Actually the item was on
" buy it now or best offer". I tried to give my best offer starting from $50 off the asking price until I reach the maximum. I really like the item I thought it was a good gift for my self. I contacted the seller asking if he would accept $___ for the item. We sent e-mails back and forth trying to figure out what should I do since I reached the maximum for best offer option. Then he sent me another e-mail : I copy and paste his message....

OK...YOU WILL HAVE TO TRUST ME ON THIS. I HAVE A 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK AND
I AM NOT GOING TO JEAPORDIZE ITIN ANY WAYWHAT YOU DO IS TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT
OF $377.00. THAT WAY THE ITEM IS SOLD AND THE MONEY IS IN MY ACCOUNT.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT IS O.K'D I WILL GET ON PAYPAL AND REFUND YOU THE $17.00.
THAT WAY YOU ARE GETTING THE BAG FOR WHAT YOU WANTED IT. GO FOR IT.

So I did click the buy it now and not even 5 minutes I got a $17 refund from the seller. I was impress. I was very excited for the item and it finally arrived after 3 days of waiting. I ripped the box right away and was shaking when I saw the item. I paid almost $400 for this and I wasn't impressed. I also noticed that in his add it says this purse comes with a dust bag and authenticity card but there is no authenticity card but a tag. I contacted the seller asking for the card and he replied

HI. TYHANKS FOR YOUR COMCERN. I HOPE YOU DID NOT CUT THE PLASTIC BAND IFF
THE HANDLE AND THROW IT AWAY. THAT WAS YOUR AUTHENTICITY CARD FOR THAT BAG. THE
NUMBERS ON THE TAG CAN BE VERIFIED AS A AUTHENTIC BAG. THANKS AGAIN FOR YOU
PATRONAGE.

Yes the tag was there but as far as I know Authenticity card and tag is different. One reason why I go ahead and bought the purse is that in his add he said authenticity card inlcuded but like I said there's no authenticity card only tag. I showed it to some of my friends and they said this purse is not real, it's a replica. But hey, I said to my self you are not a purse specialist so what do you know.

I contacted the seller I told him the reason why I did not leave you a feedback yet is because 3 of my friends told me that the purse is not real. Then I was thinking, I don't want to pay this much and then I am not impressed and have doubts with the purse. I really felt bad to be honest I expected too much for the purse but it didn't turned out the way I expected it to be. I contacted the seller again and told him that I am going to return the item.



I will keep you posted for the update of this....I have a feeling that this is going to be a long process whether I get refunded or not, that I don't know. I'll post any updates here in my blog so that other e-bay users will be aware...
